In case you didn't know, or had just forgotten, it is Valentine's Day tomorrow. So, if you are reading this before you got to work, make sure you wear something red or pink.!My office love any reason to celebrate, so I decided to make these cupcakes. They are chocolate cupcakes with pink, almond flavoured icing with a smartie on top. If I say so myself, they are really yummy (yes, I had to taste one last night to do a quality check!!!)
